We take pleasure in providing exceptional customer service and want you to be happy with your purchase. As a consequence, if you are dissatisfied with the job we did translating your document or interpreting what was said on an audio file (or vice versa), please notify us within seven days of getting it from us; if all sides agree, a fresh translation may be produced at no extra fee.

Do you wish to request for cancellation after placing an order?

If you make a mistake and order the wrong service, we will refund your payment in full. But, unfortunately, suppose it is too late for us to assign an appropriate translator. In that case, we cannot cancel your request, but if there has been no contact with our team, please let us know as soon as possible to do this quickly before any payments have gone through!

What happens when I make a partial cancellation?

If you want to cancel some of the services you don’t need, we can do so if we haven’t already completed them. For example, suppose you have paid for hard copies but would only want the digital version instead of both versions (hard-copy and e-version). In that case, our team will refund any additional charges that were charged to your account when purchasing the hard copy materials – as long as they haven’t been mailed or sent out yet! To request this service be canceled, please send an email with details about what was purchased and what type of material each purchase included at info@lingopot.com. You can also chat online from here on in within Lingopot Translations’ website’s Contact Us section, or call us anytime.

If you need to cancel your interpretation services, we’re here for you. If it’s within 48 hours of when the service was assigned, we’ll only charge a 50% cancellation fee and refund the rest. But if it’s within 24 hours before then, 100% cancellation fees will apply on all projects canceled regardless of how much time is left until they are scheduled to begin! The process of canceling an assignment with us requires a written agreement  (which must be signed by both parties); please notify our team at least three days in advance so that each party can have sufficient time to review the terms and conditions outlined in this contract before signing anything.

Feel free to ask for edits!

You may ask for changes to your translated papers. There are countless ways to express phrases in all languages, and we will alter your work depending on the input you offer! If there are any issues in a scan, such as unreadable names or spelling of other terms not supplied when ordering, please notify us as soon as possible to make the necessary changes.

Getting it perfect is of the utmost importance to us. We are happy to make edits based on your feedback. We will do so as often as you request, all while ensuring that we continue our high standards for translating legible documents in every language possible!

Our translation company guarantees that your documents will be error-free and translated correctly. We use strict quality control to ensure the accuracy of our translations, so you can rest assured knowing that each word is precisely what was intended by the original writer! If there is an issue with your document, contact us immediately; we’ll make sure it’s corrected right away.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will make the necessary changes in collaboration with our customer service staff. There is, however, no reimbursement for name spellings (if not supplied previously) or word choices.” Therefore, it’s understandable that you might want to demand a refund if the translated document is not up to your standards. But before we can approve such an option, it needs to be determined that our quality assurance and proofreading process was inadequate.”

Do you have any worries about missing pages?

We adhere to a thorough quality control procedure to ensure that we do not overlook anything when translating your papers. However, if you get your translations and discover any missing pages or parts, please inform us right away to replace them as soon as possible! Furthermore, if, for some reason, our team is unable to turn around the missing parts within our promised timeframe, then just let us know, and together with an understanding of what’s going on between both parties (you/us), will have the option to refuse the incomplete translation in exchange for partial refunding calculated based off how much work was done before these problems arose.

Are you having problems with the format?

We strive hard to provide you with the most satisfactory service available and make every attempt to ensure your pleasure. Unfortunately, refunds are not available if we cannot offer a 100% mirror image or clear scan due to user error. For example, suppose scanned photos come out blurry during translation. In that case, only plain text translations are issued instead of other services that may offer different formats, such as HTML documents with formatting and pictures included in the conversion process.

What are our interpretation terms?

Interpreters will permanently restrict themselves to providing verbal interpretations of what is being said. They can’t give further explanations or opinions, so if you need context for words and phrases in the text, it should only be used as a means of choosing appropriate terminology.
